Tip Tip, Hooray!!

It's#TipTuesday today and I've got TWO TIPS for y'all! One for the entrepreneur that struggles with Time Management and the other for all you fitness enthusiasts that struggle work Motivation or Form.

Tip #1:
Its Sunny blue skies out! and here I am... working my butt off to keep the daily motivation and inspiration going for y'all to have In order for you to see results from your self-made business, you have to MAKE business happen. A lot of people think that just because you work for yourself, you have all the time in the world to play and have fun but you have to make timely sacrifices just like everyone with a 9-5! So there you go, business tip: You have to MAKE TIME to HAVE time.

Tip #2:
When doing floor work, to have effective butt/quad results, push UP. Push those hips UP to the sky, relax your shoulders, press the ground with your heels not your toes and keep your balance with your arms. Most of all, SQUEEZE THOSE THIGHS and SQUEEZE THAT BUM BUM! Keep on striving for your hips to reach the sky. You're doing awesome! Rest and repeat...
