Black Bean Salad

Ingredients:
1 tomato, medium
1/4 avocado, sliced
1/4 red onion, medium
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried basil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon coconut sugar
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 cup black beans, cooked
1 cup romaine, chopped

Preparation:   
🌿 Cut tomato in 4 wedges 🌿 Medium dice onion 🌿 Cook onion and garlic on Medium Heat 8" sauce pan until transparent, then mix in black beans 🌿 Blend basil, vinegar, sugar and olive oil in small bowl; mix in flaxseed and stir in black bean mix 🌿 Arrange black bean mixture over lettuce 🌿 Place tomato wedges and avocado over
