PiYo Day 22
Strength Intervals
This morning I didn't want to wake up AT ALL. (As you can see from
the photo on the bottom right corner) So I drank my Energize and I
looked at my calendar and pushed play even though I didn't want to and
procrastinated for 3 hours 😑 I'm so glad that I did! I tried on my new ankle weights
and I LOVED that extra weight 🖒🖒 I've been wanting some ankle weights
for 2 years since I started Brazil Butt Lift back in 2015, so I think
I'm going to do a round of BBL during summer time to plump up my Bum Bum
for my beach days ⛱🏄👙🍑
