Fishless Fish Tacos
Fishless Fish Friday... is that a thing? Lol because it was tonight in Sophi's Kitchen 
There's a party in this plate. 
So, the shells aren't tortillas, it's Jicama.
The bedding is iceberg lettuce and rainbow shredded carrots. Inside is a fishless fish filet sliced in strips with avocado slices and a homemade sour cream. This deliciousness is topped with a sprinkle of feta cheese and garnished with cilantro; served with a lemon wedge and a side of baked golden steak fries. This is a very very very very filling vegetarian dinner but the fill doesn't last too long and that's what I love about being a plant based kind of, sometimes, pescatarian.
