Drench
Today's workout was long, challenging and immediately effective. My
legs are wobbly, my arms are weak, my shoulder blades are ON FIRE and my neck and back got a great stretch
I work today and have a TON of errands to run but it's all good... I
gave my body what it asks for, I just need to feed it. Nom nom... but
since I'm maintaining my body's needs, I'm less stressed and that makes
my life a little bit easier because BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY, I've got a
lot going on right now.
