Whiners are weiners

Sometimes, you just have to PUSH PLAY even though you don't want to. That's the difference between the FIT and the ones that go for it, quit, don't see results and say, "It never worked for me." It's because you QUIT. Don't say that these programs don't work if you never committed to an entire calendar... instead, COMMIT and see what happens. These trainers KNOW if you work one muscle you're likely to work other muscles and you might need to rest certain muscles the following day. Remember that in following these plans you MUST commit, you MUST make an effort to stick to a leaner food schedule and you MUST take a before and after picture. The scale isn't always right you know... you can lose fat but gain muscle mass and still weigh the same but look different. Its called a #NonScaleVictory.
