Meatless Monday


You say veggies don't fill you? GOOD! You shouldn't eat to fill your stomach. You're stomach isn't a waste basket, its an organ that cleans out the EXCESS food that didn't dissolve into nutrients before it got there. I rather fill my BODY and my BRAIN with the things it needs to function properly so that I can enjoy my life to my fullest potential. It's better than filling my stomach with food that doesn't do anything but get me bloated and slows down the digestive system I work so hard for to run smoothly
