Define Upper Body


Well... I'm sore in my arms, I did a lot of pushups, and I didn't hurry my heel. I'd say... it was a good 20 minute sesh. I think this will be my favorite because not only does it target my weakness, upper body, but it is also only 20 minutes... seriously... If you cannot find 20 minutes to work out you need to check your priorities because I KNOW 90% of us out there scroll down through fb for 20 minutes AND MORE.
