PiYo Day 2 : Define Lower Body

After 3 weeks of being thrown off track with my new gig (because normal people fall off the wagon...) I'm back to my fitness routine, sleeping earlier, avoiding late night texts, drinking my morning #Energize and grinding hard

Yesterday was the boring part of PiYo but today we actually moved a lot faster! I like PiYo! It was a good stretch for my heel Its supposed to be good for people with injuries so that's GOOD!

On to my next task...
