PiYo Day 15
Define Upper Body
Today was a short day. I followed a 20 minute Upper body video, which
I streamed online. When I first started this program this was probably
the hardest for me to understand but today I got it down better than the
previous attempts. I've noticed that when I start a program I usually
don't really understand it until the 3rd week I wonder why that is... Regardless, I'm pretty satisfied with today's workout and I'm also pretty sore.
