Monday Monday...
3 years ago I would have gotten stuck on this move and not been able
to get back up. Today, I OWN this wide leg tricep push up. I thank my
company, Beachbody and the community it comes with because without this
circle of friends I would NOT be where I am today at a physical,
financial and emotional level. 
New things coming to Beachbody and you have GOT to get on board
already! After PiYo I'm giving y'all the choice for my next program and
you'll be shocked with the plethora of options 🤗
