Monday Monday...

3 years ago I would have gotten stuck on this move and not been able to get back up. Today, I OWN this wide leg tricep push up. I thank my company, Beachbody and the community it comes with because without this circle of friends I would NOT be where I am today at a physical, financial and emotional level.
