Wednesday Words
I
have been feeling really fuckin nice since I started drinking this
every day. My love handles are NEVER coming back and I'm hoping this is a
permanent lifestyle because if it is I'm ALWAYS going to feel freaking
awesome. Have a great Wednesday and remember to think HAPPY THOUGHTS no
matter how stressful life can get. TRUST ME...I know...
Who knew chocolate hemp milk and blue berries would be a DELICIOUS addition to my shake!!
Oh yes, that arm definition... I stopped being afraid of push ups and
told myself I needed to take it up a notch in order to see the results
that I wanted and... wah-lah
