It keeps you hydrated. It makes you full, therefore you don't pig out as much (*ahem* Weight loss TIP). It flushes STRAiGHT DOWN. It has ZERO calories. Keeps your lips from drying out in the winter (TRUST ME). And its the gate way drug to smarter, healthier choices. If you don't like to drink water or you find it lame, infuse it. Add some lemon in it. Make a pile of fresh cut cucumbers with mint and other herbs that will help compliment the taste of the water! Add some Strawberries with some lemon... Make it work for you with infused flavors of fruits, veggie, herbs... Make the water more interesting. The key here is to help yourself stay hydrated throughout the day and know that you are effectively helping your metabolism and your digestive system sooth your way into a good night's sleep. I'm not gonna lie... you wake up in the morning with a desire to pee... lol But that's just you flushing out all the toxins that your good 'ole H20 has helped wash down ;)
