I've always wanted Rachel Greene arms. I'm not about to give up now. Along comes a 6pk too! Today I worked out in these "leggings" for the first time ever. I
liked them, but at the same time they felt weird... I felt tight, but
also, It felt like my muscles were for some reason working a little
harder... Or maybe its just that I'm very sore from the first week of
month 2. haha!! Anyone else notice that since I started lifting, my arms
have been more toned???
ps. I just LOVE how Beachbody On Demand gives us EVERYTHING we need for the program including the calendar <3 I'd be lost without the Calendar!
