Drank my hydrate after I made dinner asked my parents to watch Vito for a couple of minutes, covered my dinner with a lid and VAMONOS! To the trail I go... 2 miles on a Thursday evening :) Normally I don't run during the week because I have a lot going on but I am digging this new product, Hydrate, so I am dedicating Thirsty Thursday to it and of course, I had to run... This is the 3rd time that I use Hydrate for my runs and its soooo weird.... I am not sweating as much! Its LITERALLY Hydrating me!
