Show me those guns. Mine are small but they are there now. First time in.... hmm... THIRTY YEARS that I can see muscle definition in my arms smile emoticon I'm liking this so much I might just do Body Beast sometime (not anytime soon) and I'm going to start lifting and squatting heavier. Hello nice arms and nice ass.... ;)
