ChaLEAN Extreme
Month 3
Day 3
Today was the 3rd Day of the 3rd Month of ChaLEAN Extreme and it was
INTENSE. This program is NOT for beginners. At least, the 3rd month
isn't. She started off pretty easy, not too easy but I was able to gain
strength after week 1. Then the 2nd month got a little more complex. We
started using our lower body a lot more. Now, the 3rd month... holy
moly. We are doing BOTH Upper AND Lower in the same rep! I had a very
hard time balancing and I had to keep holding on to something or touch the floor.
Its going to take some effort being up to par with all the people in the work out video but I'm sure that I can do it. Also, I NEVER thought that I could go through with a 3 month program. I always told myself... That's waaaay too long and I know I won't finish the program. But there is something about this program that is different from all the rest. The fact that its a CHICK and she has me lifting weights?! That might be a little motivating. But there are guys in the program too and the guys are always having the hardest time because they aren't as flexible as the girl. hehe....
So before you go knocking off these programs, I suggest to try them first. My body has gone through some MAJOR changes these past two years and I thank this company for providing coach communities to keep ALL the coaches accountable and for allowing us to LEAD and help others.
This "Beachbody Coaching thing" is more than just selling products, its about making a special relationship with the people that trust you to coach them. Its not like having a trainer and just paying for them to tell you how many reps to do at a gym. These fitness programs have STRUCTURE and Meal Plans and One on One coaching with someone that isn't just there for you on "appointments".
What are you waiting for??? Join as a coach or let me coach you. Either way, I'm on a mission to end the trend of obesity and laziness, with or without you! But I rather you join this movement.
