Sometimes you just don't want to work out. That was the case for me today and I was set on not working out. Then I saw a post from our Top Beachbody Coach and I see that she is moving and she has no time or space to work out with everything being in boxes and she worked out ANYWAYS. So I thought to myself.... "Its all in my head... I'm sick, yes... I am. But that doesn't mean that I'm dying" So I pushed play ad decided to work out. I felt dizzy and weak and all that cardio that I was doing was drying up my throat and my lungs weren't as strong but I just modified my routine. I knew that I was going to eventually end up doing so... lol. The point of the matter, like Chalene Johnson actually mentioned in this segment is: "If you're not in the mood to work out, THAT'S OKAY! JUST --MOVE . That's all I want you to do." So that's what I did. I did my routine like I had never worked out before... half ass, and without jumping or using speed. But I got it done. 42 minutes down... 11 more from Extreme Abs to go, later tonight. :)

Moral of the story: JUST .... MOVE ....

 Sooo not in the mood! 

 I did it anyways.
