Its Women Workout Wednesday... I like to dedicate Wednesdays to all those hard working women out there. Whether you're a mom... Whether you're a Furr Mama, Whether you're a Stay at Home Mom, Whether you're a Full-Time business woman, Nurse, Cashier, Trainer... whatever kind of woman you are. We all go through ONE THiNG together and that's.... well you know. The XX gene. lol
So to all the ladies out there that have been through PAiN.. Birth or Period. I know how hard it can be, first hand!!! I salute you for still being alive even though we go through hell once a month and spit out 9lb living beings! I know its hard to get into the fitness motivation but I TRULY HOPE that I am inspiring you to get started some time soon. If you're already doing it, AWESOME! My goal for you is to motivate you on the days that you DON'T feel like doing it. If you want to be in a BAD ASS TEAM and you're curious about my private groups, you know where to find me :)
This is a Late Day reminder that you're awesome..... Keep it Woman and get that work out in. EVEN iF iTS 10 MiNUTES!!!! I did 10 Minute Trainer for 2 months and I got some steady results. I maintained my structure. Find a way :)
