Throw Back Thursday
This is a VERY personal post because I am soooo embarrassed to show this side of me but at one point in my life I was embarrassed and did NOTHiNG about it so I'm hoping to shine some hope on someone out there in the internet world... I know, I was thin'ish in my Before Pictures but I was sooooo out of shape! I'm not saying I'm in COMPLETE SHAPE now but I'm definitely in a much better shape and I want you to see the progress behind the shirts and the fashion and the sports bras... the under garment Sophi that no one sees. DON'T JUDGE and YES I have a little chest but I have learned to be happy with what I have and you know what? When I'm older they'll grow but they'll be the size I've always wanted them to be and I will FLAUNT them when I get them... Hence, I will be even happier with my body then being older with some nice ones!!!! haha, I just had to add that in there for all you flat chested ladies!!

I want to show you the UNNECESSARY fat build up I had on my Love Handles but ESPECiALLY under my bra line!!!! And the front picture will show that my body fat is coming out from my bra...
Now, These are my After pictures... these pix are 1 1/2 years later! I have been working really hard at being in shape. My goal is to be a MiLF. As a single parent, you have to feel good about yourself and you have a chance to focus on YOU. Check out the fat improvement!! (Yes, its a different bra but its the EXACT SAME SiZE and the EXACT SAME BRAND, I just couldn't find that bra, I must have thrown it away thinking it was never going to fit like I wanted it to) BOY WAS I WRONG!!! haha:
Can you tell the difference?? The Bra on top looks SO TiGHT and the bra on bottom looks fitting. and check it out... I got rid of that fat underneath my bra strap!! Hot Dang! Even my jeans... my love handle fat is much less. I can't wait to start ChaLean Extreme tomorrow so that I can tone up now :) I could talk about Beachbody On Demand forever... but that isn't the topic for today. Today I'm showing my progress and I'm spreading hope :)
