Happy Tuesday!!! Put on those sneakers and get to working out! Don't lose that momentum that you got started with yesterday... which I KNOW you did, right?? Lol Today is a new day, even if you didn't get started the way that you wanted to on Monday, DON'T LOOK BACK!! Start TODAY. Yesterday is in the past, what you do in the present determines your future. Don't forget that and take it to heart cuz its sooo true... 

This week I am going through my Beachbody On Demand Selection and I am picking out a different work out program until I am done trialing them all. What is Beachbody On Demand? You say.... okay, BOD (as beachbody coaches call it) is a premium mebership that gives you access to a good amount of World Renowned Work Out Programs from Beachobdy, including Insanity, 10 Minutes Trainer, Brazil Butt Lift, THE ENTiRE P90X series, and much more... But aside from having 28 FULL programs available to you ANY WHERE you have access to interent, it also has 8 Sneak Peek work outs. These Sneak Peeks are ONE segment from the latest and greatest Beachbody Program HOT OFF THE MARKET such as 21 Day Fix, PiYo, Insanity MAX: 30, Body Beast, and more :) So that is what I am doing this week! I want to buy a new program but I don't know which one so I am going to try out all the Sneak Peek vids they provide for me! Feel Free to Follow Me and read my reviews about each work out! I tried Insanity MAX: 30 and it was probably THE CRAZIEST ONE that I've done so far of ALL the Sneak Peeks in Beachbody On Demand!!! To think, I did the modified version!! This is definitely an advanced program, without doubt. If you think the rest of the Beachbody Programs are not enough, if you are looking for something that will make you sweat a river, if you are looking for a CHALLENGE, if you wanna get RIPPED, and if you want to do it all with just your body (NO EQUIPMENT)... This is your program. So pretty much, you work out with Shaun T. WITHOUT STOPPING until you can't go on any longer. And that's your Max Out time. The Next time you do that segment, you better believe you'll go on longer. The more you do the workouts, the more resistance and endurance you retain and the better and more ripped you get. The goal is to finish the ENTIRE segments without Maxing Out by the end of the 60 Days. The Next BOD workout I'm trying is this same one but I'm doing the non- modified version :) WISH ME LUCK!! lol ---------------------- Who's down to try THIS ONE?!?! I DARE YOU to test your limits.... Your future Beachbody Coach, SOPH.
