This picture I'm about to show of me really doesn't have much OUTSiDE difference, but the inside is different. The Soul, the immune system, the emotion, the self satisfaction... I finally edited my 10 Minute Trainer results and from the beginning I have said that I did not expect to see a MAJOR difference so I was prepared for it. What I DiD expect to see was that consistency would bring me stagnant results, and this program did JUST THAT. So if you are looking into staying in shape, or at least avoiding that Holiday Weight a lot of us will gain, work out with Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer and keep your body the way it is RiGHT NOW throughout the Holidays so when that New Year Resolution kicks in, you don't have to lose AS MUCH.

And I would like to add, although there wasn't THAT MUCH DiFFERENCE, I did lose some of my tummy so this program did its thing :) But seriously people... 10 Minutes... you spend more time scrolling down on fb than you would doing this work out!!! There should be NO EXCUSE for 10 minutes. Too tired, too sleepy, too worked up, too lazy, too hungry, too sad... too whatever is just an excuse you are using to ignore your body's primal instinct to keep your body moving and happy. Evolution I think has sometimes devolved us and we need to get back to the primal stages of humanity when we were more active and ate only what was available to us (raw, fresh, fire). None of this processed shit we have today. I like to call that FAKE food.
