Its Friday! You know what that means!! Well, the weekend has started for A LOT of us and we are ready for the weekend fun, right? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't forget to to your daily work out and don't forget to make healthy choices and stay hydrated. Leave the "cheat food" for Sunday when you are with family, don't start today... you'll just spiral down a path you are going to regret in the future. So aside from that, let me tell you about the program that I tried for today, its Body Beast. The people who have heard about Body Beast KNOW that this program is not one to be missing days with. This program is like being in a gym and you lifts weight, and bench press, and do all sorts of cool, fun, crazy things :) Be ready to be on BEAST MODE with this one!
This week I am going
through my Beachbody On Demand Selection and I am picking out a
different work out program until I am done trialing them all. What is Beachbody On Demand?
You say.... okay, BOD (as beachbody coaches call it) is a premium
mebership that gives you access to a good amount of World Renowned Work
Out Programs from Beachobdy, including Insanity, 10 Minutes Trainer,
Brazil Butt Lift, THE ENTiRE P90X series, and much more... But aside
from having 28 FULL programs available to you ANY WHERE you have access
to interent, it also has 8 Sneak Peek work outs. These Sneak Peeks are
ONE segment from the latest and greatest Beachbody Program HOT OFF THE
MARKET such as 21 Day Fix, PiYo, Insanity MAX: 30, Body Beast, and more
:) So that is what I am doing this week! I want to buy a new program but
I don't know which one so I am going to try out all the Sneak Peek vids
they provide for me! Feel Free to Follow Me and read my reviews about

Tried Body Beast today on Beachbody On Demand in the Sneak Peek section and I literally felt like was in a gym!!! I was bench pressing and weight lifting and squatting and screaming like a man! And I only used 5lbs weights on each arm. Lol The men in the video were using 35/40lbs on each arm!!! Guys, if you think these Beachbody programs are too weak for you or not "man enough" you're going to like this program. It even has metal music and it's all.... Man stylee. Ladies, if you want a sexy, toned, defined body and you like lifting, you'll like this one ;) Personally, I'm not a lifter and I just BARELY started using weights so for now, I'll stick to my Cardio King, Shaun T. But I will DEFINITELY eventually get to #BodyBeast some day. This is your future Beachbody Coach, Soph.... Stay hydrated, make healthy choices, and keep active!
