Day 11 & 12
Cardio & Lower Focus
WHOA..... did my first #T25
double today without my pre-workout (I hope it arrives in the mail
soon). Cardio and Lower Focus. Lower Focus is my favorite because I LOVE
leg workouts but it seemed to be kicking my ass today... maybe its
because I was already all worn out from my Cardio segment today.
OFFICIALLY on Week 3 tomorrow! One more double day.... I hope you have a
great Monday and keep it simple. Set some goals and check them off your
list. Even if its just "Walk the dog" or "Go grocery shopping." GETT'R
DONE, its Monday! Don't be lazy on a Monday, its slows down your entire
week.
