What to do with Left over Turkey or How To Make Chicken Soup.

Here's a GREAT WAY to use your left over turkey! OR make some Chicken Soup!! Its so easy you'll be wondering why you hadn't ever made it before!!:

INGREDiENTS:

**Realistically, It could be whatever you have available in your kitchen. But this is what I used, and next time I'll probably use something else. But the THREE basic ingredients are: Onions, Celery, and Carrots.

2 Carrots
1 Whole Onion
4 Sticks of Celery
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
2 Russet Potatoes (or whatever you have in your pantry)
5 Garlic Cloves
1C. Kale
4 Chicken Thighs (Or leftover Turkey)
Seasoning TT (To Taste):
-Salt
-Pepper
-Oregano
-Garlic Powder (to enhance Garlic clove flavor)

INSTRUCTiONS:

1. Chop all Veggies at a rough chop. Chop Garlic Cloves in halves. And chop Kale in a rough Chop.
2. **Clean your chicken, trim excess skin.
3. **Using a tall pot (spaghetti pot is recommended), place the chicken in the pot and then add water and make sure that the chicken is about 4" deep in the water. Heat on High until Boiling.
4. Once the water is boiling, add in the veggies, Kale, and seasoning. Add more water if you want more soup! Continue boiling. Once at a boil, let simmer for about 30 minutes.
5. After 30 Minutes, taste the soup and add more seasoning if necessary.
6. Let cool for about 10 minutes, serve, and enjoy

**If you are using Turkey Leftovers, skip steps 2 & 3, Boil some water, and continue to step 4. Once Soup is ready, add shredded leftover turkey.
