Let the Monday Momentum BEGIN! Today is my BUSIEST DAY OF THE WEEK, as always. I actually get very overwhelmed by the end of the day and sometimes my list doesn't get done but there is one thing that I RARELY skip and its my Monday Workout. This just sets the tone for the entire week... Aside from my arms being EXTREMELY SORE and my Bum Bum feeling as warm as a cat, I'm good to go for the week. Working out on Monday helps me want to work out the entire rest of the week. I challenge YOU to get it done today. Whether you work out tomorrow or not, get it done TODAY. That way, next week you will be ready to do it again and who knows... maybe next week you'll keep the momentum going. So long as you start back up at the beginning again ;)

Its only 11:40pm, its never too late to start!! Better late than NEVER. Get off that couch, STOP SCROLLING ON FACEBOOK, put your phone down, PUSH PLAY and look forward to that 6pk in the works!
