Day 9
After my workout today I was posing like usual for my Post Workout
Pic and I couldn't help to notice that my abs were just there... I don't
even have to flex anymore :)
If I DO FLEX, my abs look even better! haha! I'm not posting this to
show off or anything... I'm posting this to hopefully get you to jump
off that couch or that chair you're sitting on and get you to PUSH PLAY.
You want a 6pk? You want to lose those love-handles? You want to shed
some lbs? You want to tone? You just
want to start eating right? DO IT! Don't just talk about it. Make sure
to tell yourself EVERYDAY what you want. EVERY DAY I posted I wanted a
6pk and it took a LOT of discipline and commitment and persistence, it
took me crawling out of bed and prioritizing my diet and my fitness. If
I'm not healthy now, I'll regret it in the future. Need help? That's
what I'm here for.... Don't be shy. I started where YOU'RE AT right
N.O.W. I needed a change and I reached out to a community that focused
on what I focus on now. You would be amazed at how far you will go when
you keep yourself accountable through a group.
About my work out. ABS ABS ABS. Those are the muscles that I felt being worked today. Progress pix? Yay... nay?
