Does your kid eat Healthy?
"How do you get your son to eat so healthy?" -is a question I'm asked A LOT so here you go:
#1 - Don't make it look like an adult meal, get down to THEIR level.
#2 - Feeling special: Use a kid plate, use small sizes, add color.
#3 - Change the name. "I Made you KID burgers! Mine are MOMMY burgers!"
#4 - Modify - Instead of cottage cheese, do yogurt. If they don't like spinach, don't add spinach! If they can't slice their strawberries, make a fruit salad.
Act excited, sounds excited, and eat WITH them, not at a different time. Interaction is very important during breakfast, lunch, and dinner and helps make memories. I still have very fond memories eating with my parents and sisters every night <3
