Baked Chicken and Rosted Veggies
Okay, peeps... Its been a while since I've
posted a recipe but yesterday I was baking Chicken and thought... "this
is too easy NOT TO SHARE with people." So here it goes. A VERY EASY
Baked Chicken Recipe with Roasted Veggies. What I like about
this recipe is that you can get started early and you can do other
things while you wait for the goodness! It was soooo gooood.....
(Quantity is based on my family of 3)
Ingredients:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* 3 CHicken Thighs
* 2 Carrots
* 2 Celery Sticks
* 1 Small Onion
* 1 Potato
* Seasoning (your choice) I used Oregano, Salt, Pepper, REAL FRESH SQUEEZED Lemon Juice, Garlic, and Thyme.
Instructions:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Preheat oven at 365*
* Cut Veggies in Rough Chops, Baste with Olive Oil and Season To Taste
* Clean Chicken, baste with Olive Oil and Season To Taste.
* Combine all Ingredients in a Pan (make sure the liquids cannot drip down)
* Place in Oven and bake for 45mins to 1hr.
(make sure to turn the veggies over at least twice or you will dry the veggies)
* Let cool for 5 minutes, Serve, and Enjoy
